Yesterday we woke up to some high grey clouds, sore muscles and very tired bodies. So everyone decided it was a good day to take a day off and travel down to a town by the ocean. It was a cool city to go to about hour and half away to get some lifestyle stuff and check out the culture. Its funny how much you can get away with when you are a foreigner and have a camera. We were able to walk around some fishing boats and check out a lot of cool sites. It also helps that everyone in Japan is super friendly and you can pretty much ask to do anything. We also finally got to go to a real sushi bar for lunch and I must say BEST SUSHI EVER! everything was amazing, fresh and tasted so yummy. Not sure if I will be able to go back home and have sushi. Took some photos of our little adventure yesterday, and hopefully we get back at it skiing today.

Otaru is beautiful, where abouts did you find the fishing boats? I was there last week and didnt get a chance to check them out!
